Preventive Dentistry Keeps Your Smile Healthy

It is always better to prevent problems before they start! Our talented doctors and staff members will do our very best to catch problems at their earliest stages. By using digital x-rays and intraoral cameras, we can better diagnose issues before they get worse.

We also take gum disease very seriously and strive to keep your gums healthy as they are the foundation for your teeth. In addition, preventative services are generally less expensive than other costly dental fixes. Just another reason to visit us at least every six months for your regular check up and cleaning. Please contact our Bayville location to learn more, or schedule a visit.

Your First Dental Visit

We understand how nervous some people are when visiting the dentist so we want to do everything we can to make you feel comfortable and right at home.

We give our new patients a tour of the office and provide you with a gift bag! After filling out some paperwork, we will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your current oral health. We take a full mouth digital x-ray, get an up-close look at your mouth with an intraoral camera, screen for oral cancer, and offer a fluoride treatment.

Our dental team will listen closely to your concerns and create a treatment plan to maintain your healthy smile or help you get the smile you deserve.

Preventative Care: Checkups & Cleanings

If your gums and teeth are healthy, we recommend a visit to the dentist every six months. A dental exam and cleaning help us become familiar with your dental health, making any necessary treatment simpler and more effective in the long run. Routine cleanings will also get rid of dangerous plaque accumulation and leave your teeth looking and feeling beautiful!

Wisdom Teeth Removal

Wisdom teeth can cause a litany of issues if your mouth doesn't have the necessary room to accommodate them. Wisdom teeth can cause overcrowding, which makes your teeth and gums harder to clean. Our Bayville team will monitor the development of these teeth in our younger patients. If we determine that complications are likely, we offer wisdom teeth removal to help maintain your healthy smile.
